How did I do yesterday?

* Walk to work - Yes

* Drink 12 cups of water - Didn't monitor closely. Likely did only 8 glasses

* Walk up the stairs - Yes

* Do yoga exercises - Yes

* Log blood pressure reading - No

* Control portion size - Yes, but ate two lunches dues to vendor meeting

* Go to sleep by 10pm - No

Overall - 1+0.5+1+1+0+0.5+0 = 4/7 = 57%

Start of the journey

Enough is enough!

I'm committing to losing weight and will no longer make excuses for not keeping with the program.

I will:

* Walk to work from home unless I am visiting a client/customer elsewhere or I need to do personal work

* Drink 12 small cups of water a day

* Walk up the stairs at home (9 floors) once a day

* Do yoga exercises for the back all days except Sunday

* Log blood pressure reading after doing yoga

* Control portion size every time I eat

* Go to sleep by 10pm
