Ultimatum

Ultimatum given to shape up by May 25 or no more low-carb.

Need to ensure that I eat as little of starches and root vegetables as possible and definitely no sweets. Also, need to drink 2 litres of water every day.

Need to take my revital, vitamin c, omega 3, vitamin D every day.

Need to walk 3 laps every day

Need to measure weight, waist, BP every day

Need to sleep every day by 10:30pm. So off I go!
